Repairs & Upgrades

Computer Service (Onsite): $99

Your computer, like your car needs regular maintenance to keep it running and in good working order. Blutech IT can run numerous system tweaks that will shorten your computer's boot time, delete unwanted files and remove unnecessary background processes. Blutech IT will bring your system up to speed with the most recent updates to guard against security threats.

Virus / Spyware Removal (Onsite) $85:

Removal of Viruses and Spyware that has become lodged in your system.

Hardware Install* (Onsite): $45

Blutech IT can install any PC compatible internal or external hardware device onto your desktop or laptop. Examples include:

  • Graphic / Video Card
  • Memory
  • Hard Drive
  • Optical Drive

*Hardware is not included

Troubleshooting (Onsite): $85

If you're experiencing problems with your computer's hardware or software, Blutech IT can help! Whether your sound isn't working or your printer is just not printing the way it should we can help.

Installation

Computer Setup (Onsite): $85

If you've just purchased a new computer, Blutech IT can help you get it up and running.

Data Transfer (Onsite): $99

When you buy a new computer you still want access to your old files. Blutech IT will come to your place and transfer up to 5GB of your precious data from your old computer to your new one. This may include photos, music, emails and address etc.

Internet / Wireless Setup (Onsite): $65

Got a new internet connection and need assistance in getting it setup? Perhaps you want a secure wireless internet connection within your house. Blutech IT can assist.


Training

1 Hour Personal Training (Onsite): $65

You tell us something you'd love to be able to do, and Blutech IT will come to your place and spend an hour showing you how. Here are some suggestions:

  • Learn how to use the internet and communicate with family and friends via email
  • Introduction to using the computer, all the basics explained and your questions answered
  • How to capture, display, email, print and touch up digital photographs

2 Hour Personal Training (Onsite): $120

You tell us something you'd love to be able to do, and Blutech IT will come to your place and spend a couple of hours showing you how. Here are some suggestions:

  • Learn how to use the internet and communicate with family and friends via email
